Partial maintenance (M1) is a check-up without overhauling the movement. Complete service (M2) is the full overhaul.

Add $100 to either service for case and bracelet refurbishing, and $190 to a complete service for some models more than 20 years old. Diagnosis and the estimate are free, shipping included.
What each service includes
- Partial maintenance: diagnosis and full disassembly of the watch, ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet, a new battery on quartz watches, new gaskets and a water-resistance renewal, and a final check to factory specifications.
- Complete service: everything above, plus a movement overhaul or replacement, reassembly, oiling and regulation, and replacement of worn components. Light buffing is included, and a full refinish is optional.
Vintage Heuer and stopwatches
Heuer watches made before 1985 are restored at the manufacture in Switzerland, on their own price list:

TAG Heuer or an independent?
Most TAG Heuer automatics and chronographs outside the in-house calibers run on Sellita or ETA base movements that any good watchmaker services routinely, often for less and faster. Go to TAG Heuer when the watch is under warranty, uses a Heuer 01 or 02, or needs brand parts like a specific dial or bezel. Go independent for an older Carrera, Aquaracer or Formula 1 with a standard movement.
