Movado
Movado was founded in 1881 by Achilles Ditesheim in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland; the name means 'always in motion' in Esperanto. It is best known for the Museum dial, a numberless black dial with a single dot at 12 designed by Nathan George Horwitt in 1947. The brand is owned by Movado Group, which is based in New Jersey and also makes licensed watches for other fashion labels.
