Treasure Isle's Crabtree Valley Mall location is primarily a jewelry repair counter, but it keeps a watchmaker on site, which means watch work doesn't have to be sent out. Battery replacement, bracelet and watchband sizing, and full service and overhaul are all handled in-house.

The shop's whole operating model is built around speed: most repairs, jewelry or watch, are turned around in about an hour rather than shipped off for weeks. That makes it a practical stop if you're already at the mall and just need a dead battery swapped or a bracelet link removed while you wait.

This is one of three Treasure Isle locations in the Raleigh-Cary area, with sister stores on Capital Boulevard and in Cary. The Crabtree location sits on the lower level across from Panera, with its own phone line separate from the other two stores.

Beyond watches, the same counter does ring resizing, chain repair, stone replacement and remounts, metal refinishing, engraving, and eyeglass frame repair, so it's set up as a general jewelry repair shop that happens to also run a watchmaker's bench. Worth a call ahead if your watch needs something more involved than a battery, just to confirm the watchmaker can take on the specific movement or case style you have.
