Vacheron Constantin
Vacheron Constantin is a Swiss watchmaker founded in Geneva in 1755 by Jean-Marc Vacheron. It has made watches without interruption since then, making it the oldest continuously operating watch manufacturer. Its workshops are in the Canton of Geneva and the Vallée de Joux, and it has been part of the Richemont Group since 1996.
The company received the first Geneva Seal for its watches in 1901. Its current lines include the Overseas, a high-end sports line introduced in 1996 with roots in a 1977 model, available with chronograph, world time, tourbillon and moon phase complications. It has also built record-setting pocket watches: Reference 57260 of 2015 had 57 complications, and Les Cabinotiers - The Berkley Grand Complication of 2024 has 63, including the first Chinese perpetual calendar.
