Monta

Monta is an American watch brand based in St. Louis, Missouri. Michael DiMartini and David Barnes, who also ran the St. Louis strap maker Everest Horology, launched it in 2016. Justin Kraudel, an Everest customer, joined in 2017 and became a third co-owner. Monta describes its products as Swiss-made luxury tool watches.

The first model was the Oceanking, a dive watch inspired by sports watches of the 1950s and 1960s, followed by the Triumph field watch in 2017. In 2019 Gear Patrol reported that the company made around 700 watches a year in four models: the Oceanking, Skyquest, Triumph and Atlas. The current collections also include the Noble line. On Monta's US store in October 2026, watches were priced from $1,850 for the Triumph to $2,550 for Oceanking models.
