Farer
Farer is a British watch brand founded in 2015 by Stuart Finlayson, Jono Holt, Ben Lewin and Paul Sweetenham, and based in Ascot, Berkshire. Three of the founders previously ran a London branding agency, and Sweetenham had worked as a duty-free watch buyer. Watches are designed in London and produced in Bienne, Switzerland, by the Swiss manufacturer Roventa-Henex.
Farer started with nine quartz models and added automatics in 2016, naming them after Royal Navy ships used by British explorers and fitting them with bronze crowns that develop a patina. GMT and Aqua Compressor dive watches followed in 2017, 37 mm hand-wound cushion-case watches in 2018, and chronographs in 2019. Model names usually reference explorers or land speed records. Its Beagle, Hopewell and Endurance models use ETA 2824-2 movements. On the UK store in October 2026, watches were priced from £1,045 to £1,895.
