The shop says it is an authorized service center for Rolex, Omega, Breitling, TAG Heuer and Tudor, which would mean factory-trained technicians and OEM parts for those five brands specifically, though that status is the shop's own claim and worth confirming directly if it matters for your piece. For everything else on their serviced list — Cartier, Seiko, Grand Seiko — the work is done in-house without that authorization.

It's an independent operation, not a brand boutique, so expect a more personal process: dropping off a watch, discussing what it needs, and picking it up from the same person who worked on it. No pricing or turnaround times are published, so those are worth asking about when you call or stop by.

The shop is open Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, and closed on weekends. It's located in the Radnor Financial Center on N Radnor Chester Rd, a short drive from Philadelphia proper rather than in the city center itself.
